Trainee Program Overview
This is a seasonal, hands-on development opportunity for students, recent graduates, or aspiring professionals looking to gain in-depth experience in the tourism and outdoor recreation industry.
As a Trainee, you will:
- Work alongside a professional team delivering top-tier outdoor experiences
- Be involved in daily operations, logistics, guest service, marketing, and events

What we are looking for
- Passion for outdoor activities, travel, and sustainability
- Strong communication skills (English required; Norwegian is a plus)
- Flexible, positive attitude, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Background of study in tourism, hospitality, sports, business, or communication
- Willingness to learn and contribute actively
