Outdoor Norway, based in the heart of Voss – Norway's Adventure Capital, is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Accounts Executive to join the movement, who will help us build effective sales processes and expand our offering across Norway. We are looking for talent to help us grow into new verticals and locations across Norway and globally. Our strong foothold in the market enables us to succeed in the long term, and this position allows a skilled and passionate sale professional to make their mark and accelerate their career significantly. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new opportunities both in B2C, B2B and affiliates for growth and expansion
  • Own the sales cycle from lead identification to deal close in HubSpot
  • Act as a voice of the customer and affiliates to bring new business opportunities
  • Engage in extensive networking to foster connections throughout the tourism industry
  • Develop a sales playbook for the company and prepare us for scaling our operations
  • Participate in conferences and trade shows in Norway and globally
  •  Help craft expansion strategies for new verticals and geographical service locations
  •  Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer engagement through inbound and outbound strategies
 
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales and/or business development experience 
  •  An international mindset with an interest in understanding diverse target audiences and business areas
  • Extensive (3+ years) experience with HubSpot CRM (or other similar) and sales analytics
  •  Proactive, analytical and creative
  •  Experience with/interest for tourism
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written English, fostering effective interpersonal relations. The Norwegian language is a strong advantage
  • Proven record of successfully building and scaling initiatives based on early positive momentum
  •  Proficiency in Google Workspace and good skills with google.doc and spreadsheet
  • Demonstrate proactive initiative to enhance operational efficiency to scale processes as the company grows.
  • Can work effectively and remain focused in a fast-paced work environment
  •  Emphasizes a structured approach and meticulous attention to processes.
  • Skilled in multitasking and efficiently managing multiple priorities.
  •  Upholds values of integrity, teamwork, empowerment, and ownership.
  •  Enthusiasm for both domestic and international travel is a plus
